After unpacking you will find the setup file for the installation in the folder at the bottom and execute it with a double click.
For the installation of Windows 7 we recommend the Windows 7 USB Tool or for Windows 10 the Media Creation Tool, which helps you to make your USB stick bootable and to install the ISO file of Windows 10 or Server 2012. This tool is simple and self-explanatory.
Once the USB stick is ready, you can boot from it. You might need to change the boot order of the PC or laptop.
